DIVERSE EXPERTISE: MY JOURNEY IN SYSTEMIC CONSULTING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 

Born in 1973 in Israel, the silent challenges faced by my parents, members of the "Silent Generation," shaped my sensitive nature and deep interest in the human mind.

 

This sensitivity, once perceived as a challenge, has transformed into a formidable strength, propelling me to pursue advanced education in psychology, pedagogy, and sociology.

 

My professional journey spanned roles from team leader to senior project manager at renowned companies like Siemens and Google (on behalf), where I gained valuable experience. However, I found my true calling in systemic consulting and coaching, specializing in psychosocial and organizational consulting and applying systemic methods. I offer my consultations face-to-face, online, and by phone to meet the diverse needs of my clients.

 

During the pandemic, I supported numerous individuals, employees, and large companies as a psychosocial consultant and coach, leading workshops throughout Germany. My path is marked by trilingualism, as I am fluent in German, English, and Hebrew, allowing me to advise and support a wide range of clients in both consulting fields.
